These pages are meant to be a glossary of terms: session terms that are used to describe the purpose of the session, pacing terms that are used to describe the intensity of your efforts within the session, and structure terms that are used to describe the phases of the training cycle and how they should be interpreted.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM (OVERVIEW)
Page 4 gives you a glance at the training program as a whole, showing you the phases, total weekly duration, and daily sessions all at once. This helps you understand the big picture of the program and easily compare your progression from week to week.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM (WEEKLY)
Page 5 and beyond gives you a weekly breakdown of exactly what you will be doing for each week. Here you can read full session details for each day on a week by week basis. Each week is accompanied by a tip that will help you tackle recovery, nutrition, equipment, mental preparation, and so on.
